She has served as a tax manager with a large international accounting firm and as Regional Vice President for a national physician practice management firm specializing in hospital-based and specialty medical groups. Ms. Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of CPAs.
