Dr. Matricardi advises medical groups, hospitals, and health plans on managed care strategy and contract negotiations. He works with providers of specialty services and new medical technologies to develop relationships with providers and health plans, and assists clients with merger and acquisition strategies. For more than twenty years, Dr. Matricardi has been involved in managed care, as a consultant and health plan executive where he managed government relations and initiated Medicare and Medicaid risk programs in several states. He holds a Doctorate in Health Services Administration from UCLA.
